1. Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the United States only. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

  • Processing Time: 1–3 Business Days (Monday–Friday)

  • Shipping Time: 7–12 Business Days (Monday–Friday)

Total delivery time = Processing Time + Shipping Time.

3. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer Free Shipping on all orders within the USA. There are no hidden fees at checkout.

4. How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

5. What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. Your bank may require additional time to post the refund.
