  • Note: Orders placed after 5:00 PM on Friday or during the weekend/public holidays will be processed starting the following business day (Monday).

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier’s portal.

Please verify that your shipping address is complete and correct before checkout. We want to ensure your package reaches you safely! 



7. Cancellations & Modifications

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us at  support@orvily.com immediately. We cannot modify or cancel orders that have already entered the processing or shipping phase.

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the scheduled delivery date.
